When contacting school, please direct your communication as follows. Parents are always encouraged to contact school whenever they have any questions or concerns.

Enquiries about your child- If your question is about a particular subject, you should always contact the class teacher in the first instance. Where you have a more general enquiry about your child, please contact their form tutor in the first instance.

Please be aware that, without prior arrangement, you may not be able to speak directly to a member of staff as they may be teaching or in meeting. You will however be able to leave a message and the member of staff will call you back as soon as they are able. We will always endeavour to respond to any communication received by either email or telephone call at the earliest possible opportunity. However, you should never expect to have to wait more than 2 working days (48 hours) for a response during term time.

Our staff email addresses follow the format: initialsurname@themast.co.uk

For example, if we had a staff member called Andrew Smith, his email address would be: asmith@themast.co.uk
